Our History
Our CEO and Founder John Spitaletta, a veteran media executive, started the advertising agency Hero Media Group with a vision of delivering the highest level of advertising and marketing campaigns to businesses of all levels, with a cost structure unlike NYC-based firms.
His mission was to assemble a highly talented staff that understands that working very hard and very smart is the only way to "over satisfy" clients. Hero Media Group, located just outside midtown Manhattan, staffs "Big City" level talent in the less costly suburbs of New Jersey. (Hero admits that being located in the New York City suburbs provides them a slight staffing advantage over their "Nebraska," etc. counterparts).
With 85 years of combined experience in all areas of communications, marketing, and advertising, Hero Media is a reliable vendor, client and most important, partner. Its goal is to deliver an outstanding and precise "Return on Investment" to each client's bottom line. In today's highly competitive marketplace, Hero provides all services at their maximum potential output for its clients, as well as for partners and vendors. Hero Media's decision to spin-off most of its online production work into it a separate unit, Hero Digital Media, was made because of a specific ADVANTAGE that Hero can provide both its clients and itself. In business, it is all about having an advantage. Hero views this advantage as an ideal, which must be mutual for both the company and its clients. This advantage comes in the form of operating a wholly owned offshore office in Manila, Philppines which provides us with great staffing efficiencies, a 24-hour operation capability and cost savings which can be passed on to the marketplace.
